About the Role
Array is currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with hands-on experience with software development projects to join our accomplished team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholdersto gather and document business requirements, ensuring a
clear understanding of project objectives.
• Analyze and interpret complex data setsto identify trends, patterns, and insightsthat inform
business decisions.
Project Management:
• Assist with project management activities including scheduling, coordinating tasks, project
plan development and stakeholder communication.
Process Improvement:
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, identifying areasfor improvement and
optimization.
• Develop and implement processimprovementstrategies, enhancing efficiency and
effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to analyze business performance and identify key
metrics and KPIs.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentationsthat communicate findings, insights, and
recommendations to stakeholders.
Solution Design and Implementation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto design and implement solutions that address
business challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives and provide measurable benefits.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating communication
and ensuring alignment.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, deliverables, and outcomesto stakeholders.
Market and Industry Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activitiesto provide
strategic insights.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in business analysis methodologies, tools, and
best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in data analysis and process improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Continuous learning mindset and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Good to have:
Experience with startup culture – adaptability to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience with projects related to the financial services industry.
Project management certification, specifically PMP or equivalent.
